  • Builds relationships between the Birmingham area Jewish community and broader area community; interfaith and cross-cultural relational work, coordination with area schools, civic organizations, etc. 

  • Plans programs meant to foster understanding between and within the Birmingham area Jewish community.

  • Educates and advocates against antisemitism, and on issues of importance to the Birmingham area Jewish community. 

  • Works in coordination with co-chair and JCRC Steering Committee.
